When life offers you opportunities, are you physically able to take advantage of them?
Today I would like to talk to you again about your "why". Your "why" when it comes to your health.
Most people say that health is very important to them, almost the most important thing in life. Is it the same for you?
I recently spoke with a client who completed our Detox and Intermittent Fasting program and she told me that she had suffered from joint pain for 4 years before the program. After just 10 days of detoxing and gut cleansing, the pain was gone!
So if she had done a detox 4 years ago, she would have saved herself 4 years of joint pain!
I think a lot of people don't realize how much their physical condition slows them down and also stops them from living life the way they would like to. Stay tuned if you could use an injection of motivation to get back in shape physically.
Highlights of this episode
The importance of your "why"
Concrete steps to improve your health
Practical tools and programs
You can pause this episode for a moment and think about what things in life are really important to you. Your family, your job, having enough money in your bank account to support yourself, etc. But where is health on this list?
I believe that health is the most important thing in life. After all, how can you enjoy time with your family or even take care of your loved ones if you don't have the energy and strength to do so?
So now that you've drawn up the ranking of the most important things in your life, and I'm just going to assume that health is relatively high up, my next question is: How much are you currently doing for your health? How much time do you spend on it? Does the time you spend on it reflect the importance it has for you?
I know from many conversations and from myself that you often have the feeling that you don't have time for your own health. Because you have to look after your family, or you have to work and earn money, or you want to enjoy your life and travel, go out, sing in a choir or whatever.
But have you ever considered that all the things that are so much more important to you than your health or doing sport, eating healthily etc. are only really great if you are fit enough to do them?
Life constantly offers you great opportunities that you would certainly like to take advantage of. If you are physically able to do so.
Traveling, riding a camel, hiking up a mountain and enjoying the view, speaking on stage, leading a retreat - none of this is possible if you are not in shape.
"If you start with gut, health and nutrition, you will notice in no time that you sleep better, you have more energy and you are also mentally better & more resilient."
That's why I invite you to take an inventory. An inventory that shows you where you currently stand in terms of your health, what you still hope or dream for in life and how you can make yourself physically fit to be able to achieve this.
3 concrete steps to achieve this Reach your goal
Write down where you are at the moment. It's a bit like the sat nav in your car. Only if the sat nav knows where you are can it calculate how to get to your destination.
So write it down: Where are you with your health right now? Are there things that are limiting you physically? For example, joint pain that makes you immobile, allergies that prevent you from exercising or having a pet, excess weight that makes you short of breath when you walk uphill or climb stairs, menopausal symptoms that rob you of sleep, intestinal problems that have taken you to many doctors, costing you an incredible amount of time and money, etc.
Create a vision board of where you would like to go in life, what you would like to experience, how you would like to live, where you would like to travel, what you would like to achieve professionally and otherwise.
I recently created a vision board for a course. In this course, Pinterest was suggested for this. Do you know Pinterest? It's super easy to search for pictures there and then pin them on the board.
You can of course also cut out pictures from magazines or print them out from the internet and then stick them on A3 paper.
Take care of your gut health. The gut is our center, our root, if you start there, then in my experience the other measures around it will follow like a domino effect. The combination of diet and supplements, such as bitter drops, acacia fiber and premium are the ideal way to start.
You can do this on your own, or if you live in Switzerland, you can order our 21-day detox and intermittent fasting program! This program describes in simple steps and recipes what you can eat. It also lists daily routines and recommendations for lifestyle and mindset.
The feedback on this program is sensational. Previous participants report more energy, better sleep, they have lost several kilos, have less or no more joint pain, it really is a super effective method.
