Do you fancy crispy crispbread that not only tastes delicious, but is also really good for you? Then you should definitely try Michael's Acacia Crisp! This recipe is so popular that even convinced "granola skeptics" are swayed. The secret is Arktis Grow acacia fiber and lots of healthy seeds. This will bring more fiber into your everyday life and do something really good for your body.
Why acacia fibers are so valuable
Dietary fibers are real all-rounders. They support your digestion, promote healthy intestinal flora and ensure that you stay full for longer. The acacia fibers contained in Arktis Grow are particularly gentle and well tolerated. Combined with linseed, sesame and seeds, the result is a crispbread that is not only crunchy but also really good for your gut.
Ingredients for two baking trays
-
150 g corn flour
-
50 g linseed
-
50 g sesame seeds
-
50 g sunflower seeds
-
50 g pumpkin seeds
-
5 measuring spoons Arktis Grow acacia fibers
-
½ dl olive oil
-
2 dl boiling water
-
Salt for sprinkling (granular or coarse)

Preparation
-
Preheat the oven to 150 °C fan.
-
Mix all the ingredients (up to and including the olive oil) in a bowl. Then add the boiling water and stir well.
-
Pour half of the mixture onto a sheet of baking paper, cover with a second sheet of baking paper and roll out very thinly. This works best with the Arktis BioPharma rolling pin.
-
Remove the upper baking paper and sprinkle the crispbread with salt.
-
Bake at 150 °C fan oven for about 45 minutes until golden brown.
-
Leave to cool and enjoy.
Tip: The crispbread stays fresh for a long time in an airtight biscuit tin. But experience has shown that it is usually eaten up much more quickly.
Conclusion
Michael's Acacia Crisp is the perfect snack for in between meals. Crispy, high in fiber and healthy. Once you've tried it, you'll wonder how you ever managed without this crispbread. So grab the ingredients and give it a try right away. Your gut will thank you.
