Ingredients
30g almonds
20g sunflower seeds
1 grated apple
Water
Cinnamon or ground vanilla
Preparation
- Soak the almonds and sunflower seeds in cold water for a few hours (or preferably overnight)
- Drain and cover with fresh water
- Puree with a hand blender and add enough water to achieve a thick consistency
- Mix in the grated apple
- Sprinkle with cinnamon or ground vanilla to taste and enjoy Mandelade Muesli
