Mandelade muesli: Delicious recipe for the perfect morning

Ingredients


30g almonds
20g sunflower seeds
1 grated apple
Water
Cinnamon or ground vanilla

Preparation

  1. Soak the almonds and sunflower seeds in cold water for a few hours (or preferably overnight)
  2. Drain and cover with fresh water
  3. Puree with a hand blender and add enough water to achieve a thick consistency
  4. Mix in the grated apple
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon or ground vanilla to taste and enjoy Mandelade Muesli
