What supplements can healthy people use for prevention?
Today I'm answering another listener question! I was asked which nutritional supplements I would recommend to people who are around 30 years old. And why these products in particular.I talk about the following points in today's episode.
- Typically, health problems start at around 35-40 for people who have never had problems before
- I would never say that people of a certain age should take a specific dietary supplement. People are far too individual for that.
- My recommendation is always: have it analyzed and tell me how you're feeling, what you eat, whether you take medication, etc.
- However, if you are healthy and simply want to do something preventative, I recommend the following products (you can find the reasons and explanations in the podcast episode):
- 1-2 x per year monthly cure with Herbal
- Grow acacia fibers; if you notice that they are good for you, then constantly
- Bitter if required
- Vitamin D actually always
- In case of increased stress: Compens
- For vitamin supply: Basis Care plus (really only if needed)
- For emergencies: Colostrum Strong in the fridge
- After antibiotics or when traveling to distant countries: Acute and then Premium
- Otherwise, it simply depends on the symptoms!
