How you can help yourself when you're in a bad mood and overwhelmed
In today's episode, I talk about how to deal with bad days. I share personal experiences and give valuable tips on how you can get out of a low mood.From dealing with pressure to practical measures such as experiencing nature, supplements and mindful breathing exercises, this episode offers a wealth of suggestions to help you bring yourself back into balance.
Whether you are self-employed or employed, I encourage you to accept your own feelings and consciously do something good for yourself.

First, I'll tell you what works for me in such moments. What I did when I wasn't feeling well a few days ago.
This doesn't mean that you should do exactly that. But perhaps you'll find some inspiration in the activities I've described.
This worked well for me
- Going outside into nature
- Drinking coffee / socializing with people I don't have to talk to
- Bitter drops, vitamin D, omega 3, vitamin C (just taking supplements in general signals to me that I'm prioritizing myself)
- Sniffing an essential oil (mandarin)
- Naming and feeling the sensation
- Going to bed early (I was in bed at 22:00)
What I didn't do, but could also help
- Showering
- Sport / training
- Listening to music and maybe even dancing to it
- Listen to an inspiring podcast
- Dress nicely (don't support your bad mood with sweatpants, but dress in a way that makes you feel good and treat yourself well)
- Breathe deeply
- Write down your thoughts and recognize how your thoughts contribute to how you feel
- Call or write to someone who can support you (friend, coach)
