In today's anniversary episode, I look back on over 15 years of working in the field of gut health and summarize my experiences, which I find particularly important today.

First of all, I would like to thank you for your loyalty as a listener! We have now reached episode 150 of the podcast and it has been downloaded 430,000 times. I'm delighted that the podcast is so well received.
Today I'm talking about what I've learned about gut health over the last 15 years.



Here I address the following points that I consider important regarding health in general and gut health in particular:

• Question everything (it's about personal responsibility)
• Nutrition is much less complicated than you think (I'll tell you in a few sentences what's important)
• Stress has an immense impact on the gut (your lifestyle is crucial and what you prioritize)
• Microbiome analysis is a great tool (I'll explain what you can read from it)
• Find your way (why there are general rules and why you can still go your own way)
• The inner attitude is crucial

I also talk briefly about self-love and self-care and why I consider health to be the basis for a successful life. And what the meaning of life is for me.
As you can see, it gets a little philosophical, but if you get into it, I'm sure you can take some of it with you.
