Menopause doesn't necessarily mean that you have to suffer - there is a lot you can do to ensure that you make the transition into the new phase of your life with energy and vigor
Today's topic is menopause and hormone balance, and the connection with gut health. My guest today is Manuela Graf from Soleil Gesundheitsatelier.

As you can see, hormone health has a lot to do with gut health. If you want to prevent hormonal complaints, we can only recommend that you have a microbiome analysis in good time and then rebalance your gut health!
