Water as one of the most underestimated factors for your health (DG218)

Drinking enough water sounds so simple and yet, for me, it's one of the most underrated measures when it comes to healthy eating and gut health.

Today I'm going to talk about the benefits of drinking enough water, what you can do if you don't like water, the best water to drink and how much water is enough.
👉 Water is a means of transportation and a cleaning agent
👉 Nutrients cannot be absorbed if there is not enough water
👉 Benefits of drinking water: you are less hungry, your skin thanks you, nutrients get to where they need to go, toxins are removed, better digestion, losing weight works better
👉 Carbonic acid is also acid, so I recommend still water
👉 Tea, fruit spritzers etc. arenot recommended! I do not recommend!
👉 Rule of thumb: 35ml per kilogram of body weight
👉 Water treatment: if you don't want to ingest any drug residues or heavy metals, then this is definitely an important issue
