For health, "either - or" is not always the right way, but sometimes rather "both - as well"
We are subject to polarity here on earth. Only when we know the shadow, for example, do we know what light actually means. In other words, light and shadow are mutually dependent. The law of polarity states that everything can be separated into two completely opposite parts, each of which still contains the potential of the other. Everything in this world consists of opposites, of two poles that are mutually dependentIn this episode, I would like to use a parable to show that even so-called evil can have its good side. And in terms of nutrition and gut health, it is not the radical and exclusive that wins out in the long term, but that a little "bad" may well be necessary to keep the "good" active.
Today I am talking about, among other things:
- The story of the light and dark wolf
- Learning to name, acknowledge and process feelings
- Bad bacteria are also needed in the gut to keep the good ones active and working well
- Eating gently is not enough (story about my former boss)
- Gut health, like everything in life, is subject to polarity. It is therefore important not to be too extreme or restrictive, but to find a good balance that keeps "good" and "bad" in equilibrium
