Is oat milk healthy? (DG172)

Those who want to or have to give up milk are often looking for a healthy alternative

While scrolling through Instagram the other day, a post by Caspar Szulc about oat milk and how he doesn't think it's healthy caught my eye.
I've often been asked what I think of almond milk and have so far replied that I haven't really looked into it.
That's why today I'm going to talk about how I proceed when I'm not yet familiar with a product in order to assess whether I think it's healthy. Of course, you can also use this approach for other products.
