That's why I'd like to give you a few tips today on how to find a good gut expert.



First, I recommend that you answer the following 4 questions

1. What do you want from the therapy? Do I mainly need a conversation, is analysis important to me, are you vegan and only want to see a vegan, do you prefer a Western approach or TCM, Ayurveda etc?
2. Where do I myself feel the shoe pinches? (Diet, stress, unclear complaints where the cause needs to be investigated first)
3. Have you ever had good experiences with any method?
4. Do you want someone on site or online?
