Healthy and gut-friendly nutrition in the home office (DG213)

Tips and specific meal suggestions for a healthy diet

Today is the second part of our summer series in which I give past podcast episodes another spotlight. The topic of working from home was of course very topical, especially during the pandemic, but I believe that many people still work from home a lot. So the tips and advice I give you here are just as relevant.
But that's not why I chose this episode in the first place, because it doesn't really matter whether you work from home or not, the nutritional principles always remain the same.
In this episode, regardless of whether you work from home or not, you will learn a lot about my nutritional philosophy and get suggestions on what you can eat in the morning, at lunchtime or in the evening. So it's a very suitable episode for everyday life and I also recommend that you read the episode notes, because everything is described in detail there and you get links to various recipes!

I chose this episode because it once again explains very well what I mean by a gut-friendly diet. It's a slightly longer episode, you can also simply read through the information on our blog, you can find the text athttps://arktisbiopharma.ch/112/
I hope you enjoyed the episode and that it has perhaps answered some of your questions about what a gut-friendly diet actually looks like.
Next week there will be a new episode of the summer series, and it will be about signs of how you can recognize that something is wrong in your gut.
