Reset for body and soul: a personal fasting report
After doing an episode about my preparation for the fasting cure a few weeks ago, I would like to report today on how the fasting cure went and what I took away for myself.In this episode I talk about, among other things:
👉What I did in preparation to mitigate the coffee withdrawal
👉My experience on the fasting cure and how I liked it
👉My thoughts on the digital detox because there was no cell phone reception in the Kiental
👉A little exercise, that can help you identify what you want to do less of
During the cure, I had the idea from meeting other participants that I would like to organize an offline meeting here at Arktis BioPharma Switzerland. It should be two hours in which you put your cell phone away and are fully present. A mini digital detox.

The idea is: we'll get to know each other personally, you can ask me questions about gut health or we can simply chat about God and the world. You can take a look behind the scenes of our company or simply use the time to do something in peace and quiet that you never do otherwise, such as knitting, painting or reading a book. And all without the distraction of cell phones and social media.
