Styling can be learned - like a new language
Many people believe they have no talent for fashion. Tatjana puts things straight: style is not an innate privilege, but a skill that can be learned - comparable to learning a language. If you know how you want to look, you can develop a personal style that gives you confidence and clarity. Keyword: desired effect.
Colors as a source of energy
Colors have an effect. This is scientifically proven - and a quick mood booster. Tatjana recommends strong colors such as pink, red or orange for energy lows. Especially then: stay away from blue and gray, which tend to dampen. Comfortable materials also play a role, because clothes should not only look good but also feel good.
Key pieces instead of an abundance of basics
Another aha moment: many women own too many basics - and too few "wow" pieces. Tatjana recommends a wardrobe with around 65-70% key pieces, i.e. garments with character. This is the only way to create outfits that shine. And the best thing is that a clear style saves time, money and bad purchases.
The digital closet for a better overview
