Take personal responsibility for your gut health
My guest today is Karin Steiner Müller from Shape Up. This episode is also about the holistic approach to gut problems. This episode also reminded me in many ways of my interview with pharmacist Bianca Burghardt last week, which is why I think it's so great that these two interviews are appearing back-to-back. Because once again today I'm sharing with you an inspiring and motivating personal story of how someone, in this case Karin Steiner Müller, tackled and improved her bowel problems. Against all odds, because she had been told that she would never have children, for example. In this interview, you will find out what such statements triggered in her and how she proved everyone wrong.
We have also chosen epigenetics as the main topic for this episode and want to shed light on what this actually is and why epigenetics is relevant to the topic of gut health.
This interview is about, among other things:
- Karin's own story with the gut, which started at a very early age
- What is epigenetics anyway?
- How can we influence the reading of our genes through our behavior?
- What does epigenetics have to do with the gut?
- Which complaints indicate a gut problem
- Why is it so valuable to have a coach?
I hope this episode also inspires you to go your own way and take your health and quality of life into your own hands!
