For many people, the beginning of the year is the time when they finally want to lose a few kilos.
As is almost always the case with health issues, diet, lifestyle and mindset are of course essential. Although Basis Care is available in Germany, it has a slightly different composition to our Basis Care plus.If nutrients are lacking, the body may block weight loss because it cannot detoxify properly, for example. Toxins are stored in fat, so when you lose weight, toxins are released which then have to be removed.
That's why we in Switzerland have developed Basis Care plus, which is high enough in dosage to provide you with the most important vitamins and minerals to enable a good metabolism.
We have deliberately omitted vitamin A so that pregnant women can also take the multivitamin and we have also added L-carnitine in addition to coenzyme Q10, which supports fat burning and is therefore also ideal to help you lose weight. The selenium it contains helps with detoxification and copper helps to keep insulin levels low. And fat burning is only possible with low insulin levels.

As special vitamin D receptors are located on the fat cells, scientists assume that the cells are told whether the fat should either be burned for energy or stored in the form of excess weight for a rainy day. This then depends on whether the receptors are activated by vitamin D or not. In the best case scenario, there should of course be sufficient vitamin D stored in the body so that the fat melts away.
Brain cells that regulate metabolism, hunger and satiety also have vitamin D receptors. If there is not enough vitamin D, this could lead to a lack of or reduced feeling of satiety.
It has also been proven that vitamin D can reduce chronic and silent inflammation throughout the body. And this is also helpful for losing weight! This is because chronic inflammation is suspected to be a cause of severe obesity.
So if you have been having problems losing fat for a while, you should have your vitamin D levels checked and make sure that your levels never fall below 75 mmol or 30ng/ml, even in winter.

I can tell you from my own experience that I have tried this with several clients who simply couldn't lose weight even though they had a great diet and as soon as they started taking vitamin D(Vita D3 liquid) it suddenly worked. This is not a scientific statement, but simply what I have experienced in practice.

Diet, lifestyle and mindset are crucial for your weight loss success
So, this has been a long episode about different products, but I know how frustrating it is when you do everything you can to lose weight and it just doesn't work out right.
But even if you're just starting to change your diet, it can be helpful to take at least the Herbal or Select and the Basis Care plus right from the start, as you'll be supporting your body immensely.
As I said, I'm in no way saying that you should simply take products to lose weight, the first and most important thing is still your daily diet, your lifestyle and your inner attitude. Otherwise you won't be successful in losing weight!!!
