The mouth as a gateway for the gut
Today we are talking about the connection between dental health and gut health. I have dentist Dr. Eliane Roux with me for this. We'll talk about why the body's defenses start in the mouth and how you need a healthy environment in the mouth to have a healthy environment in the gut.
She explains a lot about the connections between bacteria, inflammation and how consequences such as heart attacks or even miscarriages can be linked to dental health.
Eliane says about herself:
"I am a dentist, orthomolecular physician, therapist and lecturer in clinical psycho-neuro-immunology. In addition to my work as a dentist with a systemic approach, I founded my coaching practice "FOCUS-FOCUS". Here, anyone who wants to break through CHRONIC DECADES, reduce STRESS or increase their PERFORMANCE should feel that they have been met.
My motto: Coaching for everyone who wants to take their health concerns into their own hands.

A few words from me to summarize
It is important for the oral environment: clean your teeth well, rinse your teeth with lactobacilli before going to bed in the evening, keep your vitamin D levels high to close the barrier, eat a healthy diet with lots of green leafy vegetables and generally lots of different vegetables, herbs and spices. Rethink your lifestyle and make sure you have a good supply of vitamins, minerals, protein and fatty acids.
