Today I'm talking to Julia Sahm about feelings and food, i.e. emotional eating.
Julia Sahm is a coach, alternative practitioner for psychotherapy and sportswoman. Experiences in her own environment led her to become interested in the topic of weight loss and nutrition.
In this interview, she talks about how she came up with the topic and why the much-vaunted discipline is not the tool of choice, but why emotions or feelings play a much greater role in eating behavior.
