Today is another solo episode on the program! And it's about the best strategy for a healthy gut.
[g_podcast id="15917522"]
I often hear people say: Diet doesn't help my gut problems, I've already tried that. Or: I've taken psyllium husks and a probiotic, unfortunately without success.
They overlook the fact that 3 essential factors are needed to get your gut back in order:
In this episode, I explain why you need all 3 factors AT THE SAME TIME and what I mean by the individual factors and how you can put them into practice for a healthy gut.
As I am currently moving house, there are no detailed written episode notes this time, but if you are interested in the topic, I recommend that you listen to the episode as audio this time. I may add some more written information here later!
I'm currently still in a phase where I'm conserving my energy a little and not quite as active on Facebook, in the newsletter and so on. I also mention in today's podcast episode that I will be concentrating a little more on our second company, Arktis BioPharma Switzerland, in the future and will no longer be doing 1:1 consultations and microbiome analyses for the time being.
This doesn't mean any change for the podcast, and I will certainly report a little more on how things are going here in the future!
If you want to stay in touch a little, my Instagram profile is certainly the best place. You can find me there under @juliaelisabethgruber. And if you're interested in my creative side, I also have an Instagram account under the name @juliagruberart
