If there's one summary of these first 100 podcast episodes for me, it's that gut health is so multifaceted that only a holistic approach will do it justice!
We have talked about so many topics in the podcast, whether TCM, Ayurveda, the importance of nutrition, how to recognize that you have gut problems, how to get away from cravings, what irritable bowel syndrome is and what you can do about constipation, why stress has such a close connection to the gut, what thoughts can sabotage you in your efforts to be healthy, how to find the motivation to exercise, what to look out for if you want to lose weight, how hypnosis can help you with gut health, what supplements you could take, we talked about fat, bread and bread alternatives, the liver and much much more.

I've been very pleased with all the great reviews so far. There have also been negative ones, but I've even been happy about those because they've shown that they don't think the podcast itself is bad, but that it's just not the right audience.
I was particularly pleased with this review:
"Very nicely structured, clearly explained for everyone!
Even my 13-year-old son was enthusiastic. You get a great insight and at the same time wonderful food for thought and helpful tips.
Really highly recommended! Thank you Julia Gruber for the great insight into the big intestinal world and for your great way of getting it across!"
I have decided that I will now take a summer break in July and August 2020, during which I will only publish an interview podcast episode every 14 days. I've realized that self-care has been a little lacking for me lately and I also want to give my creativity more space.
From September there will be weekly podcast episodes again and in October there will be another edition of the free online gut congress with lots of new interviews. If you want to stay in touch, then my Instagram profile is certainly the best place. You can find me there at @juliaelisabethgruber. And if you're interested in my creative side, I also have an Instagram account under the name @juliagruberart.

Now I recommend you subscribe to the podcast so you don't miss an episode, and if you like what you hear, I really appreciate a review on iTunes or Apple Podcast. Because these reviews also help other people find the podcast so we can spread the knowledge about gut and health more.
