After many years working internationally as a critical care expert, Peggy discovered new ways to heal while searching for a solution to her own health challenges. In this episode, she talks about exactly that and shares valuable tips on how we can strengthen our immune system, especially now in times of thecoronavirus pandemic.
The idea for this episode came about because Peggy and I were discussinggut health and how it relates to the virus situation. I really value her opinion and her experience, as she can draw on a wealth of knowledge from the intensive care unit and also from her eventful life story.
I would highly recommend that you listen to this episode carefully, because I think it is super valuable. Peggy gives us some great exercises, such as thebody scan or an exercise to recognizewhich remedies aregoodfor us at the moment.
She also explains how we are all connected and why your immune system can be weakened even if you don't think you have any anxiety at the moment. She talks about how you can hear your inner voice better again. And she also gives specific tips for supplements that can support you at the moment!
Among other things, we talk about:
JuliaWelcome to this interview. I'm really looking forward to seeing dear Peggy Pfeiffer. Great to have you here, Peggy. Thank you for taking the time.
Peggy: Thank you, Julia. Actually, I just wanted to have a chat with you and I'm already on the podcast.
JuliaPeggy: You're already in the podcast, that's right.Let's start start with how you came to do what you do today. Youwrite on your website, thatyouthat you don't have such a straightforwardstraightforward. Can you perhaps explain how you came to do the work you do today?
Peggy: Yes. I came to the work I do today through my own story. I'm actually a child of the GDR.After we left the revolution behind us, I worked in intensive care medicine for a long time.At the Charité, here in Switzerland, in various countries, including around the world. In Tanzania, Ihelped set up the intensive care unitin one of thelargesthospitals.
And for a long time, I was convinced that if I had a little cold, I had to take antibiotics so that Ididn'tmissthe party. But the more I was abroad and saw that inother countriespeople can betreated with far fewer resources and withotherthe moreI thought that the medicine Ipractise here might not be the real deal.
data-contrast="auto">Through this path, I began toexplore a wide range of possibilities. I realized that different things are part of recovery, of the immune system, of the different body systems. I understood that everything is connected. I thencame to the vital field via various further training courses, for example via the stress tensor, via the HRV technique, which I used at the beginning and which I still use,and I work with it.
I had an accidentmyself. I have a physical illness myself.I have 60 liters of water in my body, severe lipoedema.I knew nothing about this before, although Ihave worked inthelargestand most scientific intensive care units. Then I was able to starttreatingmyself.I had compression tights until last year. Now I can actually walk without these tights and the system is in motion. Roughly summarized.
Julia: I think we'll come back to exactly what the vital field means in the course of the conversation. We had said that we wantedttalk about the immune system in this conversation and also the current situation.. You are very crisis-tested and have already experienced a lot through your work in intensive care units. What, do you think is the worst thing for us personally at the moment?, in this current situation withthe virus pandemic?
Peggy: The worst thing for us is fear. Fear reduces our immune system. Existential fears in particular reduce our immune system by between 60 and 80 % - there are studies on this.
Thishas a very, verybig influence on it.It's difficult to get really comprehensive information. There is a lot offake news, there are many conspiracy theories, but there arealso uncertaintieson the part of the government. There are things that could perhaps have been handled differently or more quickly. That's the way it is now. Everyone is looking for a line to follow, and that naturally causes anxiety. That's one of thebiggestproblems. Do Ionlymaintain the immune system so that it is then weakened simply because people can't deal with the fear or don't dare to?
I see thisin the measurements ofmy devices, for example. People always say,"No, I don't have anxiety." But the stress axis is completely red.The anxiety is in the unconscious system. There is often a helplessnessto it, and everyoneis afraid to feel it.Everyone hasexperiencedthisat some pointin their childhood. There were once moments of helplessness when we overstepped our own boundaries. Thatwas stored in the system, in the unconscious system, like a shock, like a trauma. It is stored in the body. It felt really, really stupid and difficult and tight and wedon't want to go there in any way.Thenmost of ustry veryhard to in our heads. and to say:"No, no. I'm not afraid."In theunconscioussystem -i.e."underthe surface of the water" -there is quite a lot going on, in the vegetative system.
We are simply not -none of us, even if we are isolated - in a bubble. Inother words, it has been discovered that when two nervous systemsmeet onaroadthat is100 meters long, the nervous systems are already in contact. This means that everyone is now fluttering a little. Thismeansthat our system is also fluttering. And that's one of the many things that severely restrict the immune system.
JuliaYes. So would you really go so far as to say that the fear is worse than the virus itself?
Peggy: No. Because nobody can really sayexactly how bad the virusis. In the lastbig interview, virologists said thatso farthere has been no scientific discoursein Europe.Whichdoesn'treallysetusapart in this world. I can only assess the virus to a limited extent. I can assess what I have experienced before in intensive care units, but there is alwaysmore. It's notjustthe virus.Professor Spitz saidit so well the other day:"We havevirusesand bacteriain our bodies all the time. It's also the environment. The milieu is what's inside us and what our environment is."
JuliaYes. And since we don't know what the virus is doing, we can at least strengthen ourselves. That's perhaps how I would interpret it now, what you're saying.
Peggy: Absolutely. So,while we don't know exactly what the virus is doing, we can strengthen ourselves in many different ways. For example, really with different supplements, but also with meditation. The rangeofthings we can do is extremelywide.
Julia: What would you say, especially when it comes to the topic of fear?: What can you do about fear? You said earlier that there are people who say they have no anxiety and yet the stress is there. How do you even notice whether this anxiety is hidden?
Peggy: We're forced to look at itbecause there are quarantines, curfews and exit restrictions - more for some, less for others.Inotherwords,we have the opportunity to turn the system, whichis directedoutwards all the time, inwards for once. We can't get out much. This is an opportunity to really sit down, perhaps turn off the TV and everything, switch off the phone and simplyfeel what's going on in our bodies.
In other words, not justto feel:"Do I have symptoms of illness?Oh my God! Is there something wrong? Am I breathing? Does something hurt? Could there be a scratchy throat? be?" But rather:"What is this actually doing to me right now? How does it feel?" And then really look:"Am I really in my body at all?" So lie like this, move your body, breathe down into your pelvis. How does that feel? And then direct your antennae completely inwards and look:"What thoughts are coming to me? What is happening? Can I even slow down? Can I calm down at all? And if not, what do I need?" These are the questions.
JuliaAnd who tells me what I need? Does an inner voice really come and tell us thatthen, or how?
Peggy: Exactly. It then jumps out of the cake!
No, of courseit's difficult with the inner voice, especially when we're actually afraid and don't feel much. And yet everyone actually has it. Everyone knows situations where they get up in the morning, theyknow they have somethingspecific planned for today and sometimesthey have whatmany people call a"premonition". Premonition, intuition, that's all our inner wisdom, I always say.
Unfortunately,it has abig opponent, and it is encouraged from the very beginning. This is our"inner judge".It sometimes has an incredible amount of strength and power. Unfortunately, it babbles all day long that we are not good enough or that we are this or that. Inner wisdom is always a bit hidden.
Meditation, for example, isimportant. You can simplystart with this body scan. There is the data-contrast="auto"> the most diverse meditations. There is no one perfect meditation. But you canstart once with the body scan.If someone says:"Ican meditate",then the fear is actually already pretty much at home. That 's how it is.
Then you can start withone minute, twominutes. You can set an alarm clock and say:"Hey, I'll try for five minutes." There are all kinds of apps thatplay personalized meditations that start with five minutes. Orthree minutesin an emergency. That's all possible at some point. And thenyou do you do it once. And then you do it twice. It'sjust like building muscle: I amonce I went to the gym once and gave it my all and then I got toned. That doesn't work either.
These are things that have to keep coming back.At some point that voice comes. Then you might hear it. Most people actually know that voice. When the alarm doesn't go off at the weekend and you're notquite there in the morning. When you ' re waking up. When you come back into the world from a dream, there is sometimes the possibility of hearing this voice.
Maybe that's whenyoustart:"Ah!" Maybe don't pick up the phone for once and see what the latest news is about corona? How many deaths? How many infected people in my area? But that you say:"Ah, okay. I'll stay in flight mode." You can turn on the meditation with half an eye and just listen to it for half an hour and stay there. Youdon't always have tosit downto meditate. You can also lie down.Just listen first.Sometimes the voice will emerge.
Then, for example, you can start to practiceregnosis.Regnosis meanslooking back to a date from the future. For example,if we say now,inDecember 2020, we look back to September 2020 and imagine what our life will look like then. Then you start to build up a picture emotionally. If we manage tocarrythis imageor part ofitwith us into our everyday lives, then we will have completely different energies at that moment, different chemical processes thattake placein the body. And we are doing something for ourselves and for the world around us.We are in contact with our intuition, with our inner voice.
Julia: Yes, and I believe that when someone hears the word"meditation" frightens someone, then you can simply"awareness" or"mindfulness" or something else.
Peggy: Exactly.
Julia: It doesn't always have to be"meditation" be. From my point of view, it can also help very well, for examplesimply taking time outone To go for a walk and simply take in the nature around you. That's meditation too, isn't it? You don't necessarily have to, if you don't"can"then you can just start by sayingstart by saying:"I'm going for a mindful walk." Or when cooking:"I cut my vegetables" and see it as meditation.
Julia: There are lots of things you can do.
Peggy:"I wash the vegetables. I wash them meditatively" or something like that. It doesn't have to be meditation. That's an example of really getting in touch with yourself.
JuliaOr cleaning or things like that. We know that from these Asian monks who sweep or something like that. Ultimately, you can turn anything into a meditationto simply practise it.
Peggy: That's the case. Exactly.
Julia:I would like to hear briefly how this body scan works? Perhaps not everyone is familiar with it. I think it's actually a good exercise. Can you perhaps briefly explain how to do it?
Peggy: It's theKabat-Zinnbody scan. You can download it.I actually thinkit' s nice when thatdone with is done with you.You can download a meditationfor free where you can listen to it, the meditation lasts 25 minutes.
You start by lying down and breathing. Then you usually start at the bottom. You start with your toesand open and close them. You slowly move upwards through your whole body. That's what I learned in my tantra massage training.I was alwayslying there and always went somewhere and had tothinkabout this and that or the last argument, about the last:"Oh, I could have said it like that". I did have a massage, so my flesh was massaged, but not my mind,I always say. I then learned that in order to stay in contactwith myselfduring the massage, I have to followthe hand onmy body.
And it's the same with this body scan. Follow the body parts from the inside! How doesmy arm feel, my calf -"Ah, interesting. One is a bit heavier, the other is a bit lighter. Ah, there's a bit of...Ah, that's like this.Ah. Ah, now.Aaaah! Ah, I can feel the tension in my back, in my neck." There are people who are as hard as nails. They don't even notice it anymore.
To go there and say:"Ah, okay." The body loves that.
JuliaExactly. And that also strengthens it, doesn't it? The attention gives it energy. That's actually a good way to strengthen our immune system at the end of the day.
Peggy: Exactly. To strengthen our immune system. That's one of the many ways to strengthen our immune system.
Julia: Stress is another issue, dthat is probably related totheanxiety. Why do you think stress is so omnipresent these days? What can we do to get away from this stress a little? One thing is certainly what you have just said, with meditation. Are there any other things? Or are there perhaps other explanations as to why stress is so omnipresent?
Peggy: Well, Iused to make anextra effort in the seminars and wrote down on a board all the stressors that were waiting for us.For example, pressure, volume,open-plan offices, frequencies, information ...If wethen think: as prehistoric humans, wemight have had20 people around us andperhapshad to worry aboutgiving birth.Of course there was also the sun and there were various other stressors, but that has multiplied 50 to100 times. That wasfive or six years ago.It has increased even moresince then.
The frequencies, including this WLAN,the electrosmog, it's all increased.Of course, that does something to our bodies. Basically, corona also has an advantage. There are things I'm really happyabout because it really is a way for our society to bring about change."Higher, faster, further" is really finished. Where should we go from here?
The Stressors are decreasing right now.Open-plan officesare not possible right now. Our system can shut down quite a bit of all these stressors. We can take note: What have we actually beendoingon this hamster wheelall this time?We call ourselves an affluent society, butwecan't survive for four weeks without working? So, I wonder where the prosperity is, don't you? This hamster wheel in which everyone is running has hit the brakes. A few people are still trying to tug at it from behind and in front, but we've actually just reduced it with the quarantine, with the lockdown.
Especially when people slip into burnout, the stressorsare always reduced. And that's the opportunity wehaveright nowbecause of corona. That we reduce our stressors all around us. For example, when Igo joggingin the forest. Not listening to music, butlisten to birdsthecount the flowerscount thecount the birdsthat are by the wayside.Simply get back in touch with nature. It has been proven thatit completely reduces the stress hormones in our body.completely when we slow down a little in this direction.
You asked whatelseis possible. My accident left me with the worst back pain. Medication didn't help, so I had to startdoing exercises. I really do my exercises every day. It's something in between yoga and exercises that Ienjoy.Itook someone with me.I didn't feel like going to a group and said to theyoga teacher: >"Show me exercises that arefun!" She really had to get her head around it.
And then Idid them. Yes, because I knew that if I did them, it would be good.I do them when Ienjoythem. I also needed something to help my weaker self: I got myself some really, really expensive coffee, and that's always the reward afterwards. So, I really do the meditation and I really dotheexercises.
I do exercises that have to do with stretching. Exercises that don't affect the immune system. Jogging in the morning and running a half marathon can massively increase the stress hormones.Instead, really stretch, rest and breathe. At that moment there is already a complete changein the stress hormones.
And then start the day with little things at this time. There are wonderful fresh herbs:thyme, sage and pepperminttea. These are the first things. Every day. Or with ginger. Make different combinations. These teas alone! Take a literof it with you. Then gointo self-care. So not handing over responsibility to some therapist, some doctor, the system, but really self-care.This allows us to develop a completely different skill set. And with this competence, we also have much less fear.
Julia: So we can act rather than react, can't we?
Peggy: Exactly. Exactly.
Julia: Now you've already talked about teas and things like that. How important would you rate the topic of nutrition and perhaps also intestinal healthassesswhen it comes to strengthening the immune system?
Peggy: Well, we're all at home now. I have to say thatthe ten-dayintestinal congress is worth listening to.I mean, the congress that you did,the interviews. I've really been involved with these things for a long time and I'veheard so many great, informative things. I've already changed things in my treatment again. Because of what I've heard.AndI've only heard maybe half of the lectures.
Julia: You mean the Bowel Congress, don't you?
Peggy: The Gut Congress! Well, Ireally have tosay, that's why we're sitting here, because Icongratulatedyouon it.I just wanted to chat. It's actually discussed very, very, very clearly. And thatis no longer possiblethat we don't know what a microbiome is. That's almost impossible for me.
I have people here who really don't know, although I think it's in the press so often that you can't even read it anymore. The gut is our immune system. 90%goes fromthe bottom up, from the gut to the brain and 10% goes down. That is simply impressive.
I see this again and again on my device. When I strengthen the gut - I experience this every day - I see that the bodyis reallygreatand can correct everything if it isonly taken out of this intestinal stress. Lo and behold, suddenly other things can be corrected. become.
Nutrition isone of the most decisive factors.Especially when we are at home and we arestressed, we want to eat potato chips and Haribosand vitamins. For our system, this islike braking andaccelerating at the same time. It doesn't really move us forward. Nutrition and the gutare really the most crucial things these days.
Which diet? There are people who need guidance. There is a lot to it. I have the feeling that it always has to be individual. There are a few things you can follow. But thereis so muchto it. One person says: That's the right thing to do,another says: This is the right thing. is the right thing to do. I bring my clients back to their inner space. So that they canfeel themselvesagain. That's the be-all and end-all. I do a bit of dietary change, but thereal I only make real dietary changes when they feel themselves again. When they have their inner space. And then,lo and behold!
Once they take a stimulus again...I used to say"sins". I've now learned that from your course. I never say"sins" again, that my clients have"sinned". They have tried another stimulus. Gluten. Or some have overdone it. They had a whole barbecueand suddenly they could hardly sleep at night. They suddenly realized how much their body didn't like it. And suddenly the next day:Ah, that scratchy throat again. Suddenly their nose was closed and their eyes were watering. They were two kilos heavier. Not because they had eaten so much, but because their body had produced too much histamine. That is crucial!
We're at home right now! We can listen to all this. The whole internet is full of it. And the moreyou know, the less you have to depend on anyone to tell you how to do it and the more you can get out of it: What's good for me? A clear line for once.Ask once:"Hey, dothis make sense, or doesthat makes sense?"
At the same time, this must not go against you, against your entire system. It has to bewith be with you. That's crucial in this day and age, and that's exactly where we're heading. Again: gut, nutrition, less ismore.
JuliaRight. Nice to hear that from you too. Sometimes I think, dpeople can't hear it often enough, and from different people. That's why I think it's good, to get as much information as possible. Sven experts like you can still learn something from others, can't you? I like that too.
I myself have learned a lot by interviewing people and I learn something new with every interview.I think that's so important. You don't have to think:"Yes, I knows everything anyway." But ultimately, if you are open and curious, you can learn something from everyone, eno matter how much of an expert you already are. That's what I like so much about learning, that you can always get new impulses. If you are open to it. And if you allow it.
You mentioned your device earlier. That is called"Vital field therapy".Now I would be interested:What exactly are you doing? And why does it work at all?
Peggy: Yes, I'm always amazed at how it works.
In my search for a cure - for my illness - Iended upwith TCM homeopathy. I think it's all agreatdirection. Also anthroposophy, kinesiology ... So I tried everything. And there were always small successes, butI was always missing something the whole time.
And I love science. I amalsoin dialog with doctors. There are actually doctors with whom Iwork onan equal footing. I need and love the science. I always missed that so much. It was as if I was only traveling with one part of my body. Then Icame across the vital field with a therapistand fell overbackwards.
The vital field is actually something very old. It's a form of bioresonance, but much stronger, much more comprehensive. Everything has frequencies. We know that. Frequencies are everywhere, frequency patterns. All our cells have frequency patterns.Even when we are conceived, it is decidedwhatwill become a brain cell, what will become a liver cell. Sothe brain cells can't decide after three months, "Oh, I'drather become an intestinal cell." That's not possible.
We have seen in many, many measurements with the vital field devices: Ah, there are very special frequency spectra there. And then we saved this and saw that when the body is insuch state, then the frequency spectra are converted intothis changed in this directionand haschanged very specific frequency spectra in the other direction.
When the patients come to me, I measure them for eight minutes. They have to lie very stilland not talk. This is sometimes difficult for women. That's why I always put music on.I alsohave children.Everyone isdrenchedin sweatafterwards:therapist, child and mom. But it really is like that. Eight minutes is measured. The bodysends infrequencies with thestrength of a digital clock and measures what comes back and can then calculate with a comparison, with an actual and target value: Where is the problem?
Then I can see very, very precisely where the problem is using a wide variety of displays. Ihavemen, I have IT experts, I have engineers here, I also have doctors here as clients. But if I happen to be able to tell them what they ate yesterday or the day before yesterday because their body perceives it as a burden and it is being broken down very precisely, or if I cansee a 25-year-old hernia that is still causing a problem, then it becomes really interesting.
But whatisparticularly important to me is that there is no symptom treatment.I justhadanothercase this weekwhere someone said:"Aaaah, severe osteoporosis and pain".Fortunately, I said:"Yes, I want to see what it is before I say anything." And it's not osteoporosis, it's just a completelyblocked lymphatic system. And that causes pain. It was almost clear to me that it could hardly be osteoporosis because the pain was spread all over my body. Sometimes here, sometimes there, today here, tomorrow there. And then the reason is a completely different system data-contrast="auto">.
I was able to starttreating that and itwas really ... She didn't get up and was pain-free, but got into her shoes without any problems, which she hadn't been able to do for years. And of course these are things that are fantastic. There's an incredible amount you can do. Of course, we can't make any promises of a cure, but I can help the body to correct itselfin a variety of ways. And if I combine this with nutrition and stress regulation, i.e. with this inner space...
I can support the vegetative system. Some people don't even know what it's like to relax anymore. And if I really support it massively , alsowithmeditation at the same time... For example,I also give magnesium baths. But:"I don't like taking baths." ThenI getpeople totakeafoot bathsometimes. Then so many other processes happen in the body, and then it goes in the direction of healing.
People thenrealize: "Hey, I really have something in my hands." Then we work with the frequencies. So, we then have the frequencies, which are then applied to the body during treatment. The cell, for example the liver cell, is reminded:"Hey, that was your original frequency. Wouldn't you like to go back to it?"
And the younger, the faster, I always say. The older, the longer. Or the longer the problemlasts. Chronic always takes a little longer. Acute sometimes happens incredibly quickly, sothat I'm always surprised myself at what's possible. So, from a confirmed colitis, from a mom who came straight from the hospital, from theCT and did not want to take antibiotics, came we really did withintwo treatments completely symptom-free again.Abut with a clear change in diet, with colostrum in addition. They were able to go on vacation after all. Of course, she still had to do a few things. And theproblem has not been solved. But many, many things are possible.
Mometimesthe body is incredibly happy to accept it. And you can see very clearly what the original problem actually is. And you won't believe it: 100 % -100 % evenin newborns - zshows the intestinespointsmore or less in the direction ofleaky good.
Julia: 100 %?
Peggy: 100 %! I have no one - my colleagues feel the same way - nobodywhere this is not the case. 100 % showen den intestines.
JuliaAnd how do you explain that? Do you already have an explanation?
Peggy: Well, explanationsthere are many. I think, on the one hand, that we are - Zurich Oberland - quite a lot of heavy metals and pesticides in the water have. I compare with colleagues from Bavaria. I spend three days in Bavaria. I measure myself there. I drink the water there. And my stress levels are ten times greener than here, for example, in the Zurich Oberland. On the subject ofwaterthere was also a research group at the ETH. This came out more or less clearly. Unfortunately, the researchers didn't dare, toto publish this publicly. But it was said off the record. So, it has to do with pesticides.
It's the wheat. It has a lot to do with gluten. It's almost only grown asa hybrid. It has a hundred times the effect it had ten years ago. If we eat it permanently, it causes silent inflammation in the gut. I can see that. And then in different combinations. It has to do with what's in the air.
It has to do with stress. Stress and the gut are very, very closely connected.
Julia: Absolutely.
Peggy: That's really fascinating. When I see this in children, it's either unfortunately a caesarean section, it's the mother's microbiome,it's that there was stress during pregnancy. Everything always plays a part.
Also what you take, pills, allsorts of things. So, the range is extremelywide. I have stomach acid, so I quickly take a stomach acid blocker. I had someone here: Stomach acid blockers at the age of 20. The aluminum, it went through the roof. What I've seen here. And muscle problems everywhere. It's been proven that it attacks the muscles. If you read up on it. There's an insane amount of stuff.
I feel like a detective. The first thing I stop is anything with glutamate and flavoring. Glutamate, flavoring and allsweeteners.I don't see anything worse. So, that's really one of the worstthingsI see, what it does straight away.
JuliaSo, Coke Zero and chewing gum and things like that?
Peggy: Exactly. But also Knorr orthis flavoring here in Switzerland.People like to put that ontheir eggs data-contrast="auto"> or on the cucumber. I have the feeling that the whole mucous membrane and the bacterial strains -RATSCH - aremowed down like with a lawnmoweror a defoliation bomb, so once everything is gone, yes?If Istart to get rid ofthison my own, then there's already some relaxation in the system.
Julia: But that meanssst actually means that we're not doing anything wrong when we take care of our gut, because it's actually good for everyone.
Peggy: Exactly. And whether we want to or not. "We also go out to eat sometimes." I'm sorry about that. It's very, very important for detoxification. We don't know where the vegetables were bought, what heavy metals they're contaminated with. That's where a magnesium bathhelps. I love things that kill seven birds with one stone. Magnesium, for example, is involved in over 300 processes in the body. It is said that over 80 % is absorbed through the skin. On the one hand, people are really forced to do something for themselves in the bath for 20 minutes. For God's sake: Self-help! Self-love. Then it has an effect on the stress system. So,because people couldn'tgetan appointmentwith me, I said: "Start with a magnesium bath." They'd cancel their appointments because their back pain was suddenly gone.
Or insomnia was gone with it. Or someone whohadfoot pain.Or was really always so upset. One person called me:"I felt -I'dhada fight - as if my aura had been cleansed. I went to bed in such peace." I often say to them, why don't you checkyour childrenin the evening? If they 'resohyper, whydon 't you put themin a magnesium bath? They'll come down then.
JuliaAnd what doessst magnesium bath? So, just take magnesium? Or what kind of magnesium do you take?
Peggy: There are magnesium flakes, magnesium flakes. You can find that if you look it up on the internet. There are some that are a bit cheaper. I think it'smagnesium-quelle.ch, but you can do a bit of research on the internet. You canbuy the 5 kilos rightawayif you really want to.Of course, it makes sense to do this for a while. You can also simplystartby taking afootbathin front of the TV or computer in the evening if there's no other way. On the other hand, it would of course be niceto doitwitha bit ofawareness. And to really start with that alone. So, these are things that are really very helpful.
Julia: What do you think of itnow taking any supplements to strengthen the immune system?? Aven if, yes, you haven't had any tests or nothing done exactly? Are there things that you would recommend that people can simply take without hesitation?
Peggy: Yes. Well, you have colostrum. I give colostrum capsules to all patients who are somehow at risk. I also give themvitamin D, of course. It's also worth taking a look at the website ofProfessor Spitz's "Academyfor Human Medicine". If we have that much time now. So nownottolisten to lectures all day, but to choose one or two.Just as the children do homeschooling, we do homeschooling in our own way, I would say.Now is the time. There's a reason why all this is here.
Vitamin D, Iwould say absolutely. Vitamin C:Klinghardt has just given a very good lecture on the subject ofcoronavirus. He said 2 grams of vitamin C. I would definitely take theesterified one .
What I'm giving everyone right now isyour"Solve".YouknowI love your CBD for the stress system. It's anti-inflammatory.
Isometimeslike to add turmericto thatfor some people. So theSolve andthecurcumin. It does so many things at the same time:it's highly anti-inflammatory and supportive. And,depending on the situation, how someone is feeling, where weare at: Gut-building stuff, pre- and probiotics.
I've also giventhis to people on suspicion.Because they have told me about their diet and I already had an idea of what it looks like. But you have to decide for yourself how it feels for you.But my mother is really having a big data-contrast="auto">ssit package, because she has severe lung damage.I say:"This is your 'ventilator'. Take a bit of care and take this."
Sabine Paul also has some great things with the spices. So, just pay attention! I'll have to look up the king cuminhere too. That's really exciting. But cumin and black cumin -in moderation, of course- for support.
But then seewhere the energy goes. So, ifyou take gut probiotics and then it gets heavy in your body or you get tired when you read, then maybe that's not it. But if you suddenly become wide awake when taking herbs, then maybe that's what your body wants.
Or you can simply do a test. You write different things onindividualsheets of paper, turn them around, close your eyes and spread them around the room. Someone elsetakes notes. Then you briefly stand on the sheets of paper if you don't have access to yourself yet. And then, how does it feel? Am I getting heavy on it? What could be my direction? So, really get things out of it.The moreyou can do this yourself, the more self-competence and self-efficacy you will have. This is where copingstrategies come into play. You feel as if you're not reacting, but as if you can act yourself and thatyou can do something.
And I think that's something very, veryimportant, given that we're in lockdown right now.It helps us.Because everyone will get quarantine sickness. And wine is not enough.
data-contrast="auto">Julia: On the contrary.
Peggy: Exactly. On the contrary. It tends to make things even more awkward. I've just seen somefunny videoson the subject. So, of course you can have a glass of wine, but only after you've done your homework. Two videos a day.
JuliaNo, but I think you really have there a very good point. That it's simply about not seeing ourselves as victims and as powerless. Because that in turn triggers fear and anger.Instead of feeling the fear, wefeelThey prefer to choose anger.
Peggy: Yes."Men get aggressive, women get depressed," they say.
Julia:They may everything bad, don't you?"II knows it better. I know how to do it, but all the idiots around me don't." And this is actually a compensation pattern that we have in order not to feel the fear. I think everything we can do is worth it.You've given so many great tips. So, I would also recommend that everyone maybe listen to the interview again and really write down what they can do. And that gives us back the power and the strength that we actually have. Because we have that ability.
Peggy: Absolutely.
JuliaOur body has the ability to self-regulate, to self-heal, and I think that's exactly the direction, that you are working with. With the frequencies etc. It's not at all about what"from outsidesstototo give"but to give the body - I also liked what you said - the memory again. as it actually used to be. That's what it's all about. We have this power. Nobody can take it away from us. We just have to take responsibility for it ourselves again.
Peggy: Exactly. Our body can give birth to life. It is capable of giving birth to a child with perfection. It doesn'tsuddenlystop.
JuliaThank you very much, Peggy. That was really very relaxing.
Peggy: Is the time up?
JuliaYes, the time is up. But you can still tell them where they can find you. What hotsss your website? Maybe also: For whom is it worthwhile taking such a measurement? If you have anything else to say.
Peggy: Well, I'mat homeinUsterat the moment. I have my practice there. I'm a bit at home somewhere else. But I have my practice inUsterand my website iswww.viovital.ch. I do stress measurements. But I also do HRV measurements plus vital field measurements and, in between, microbiome analyses and various other analyses in this area. You can have a look. Pregnant women or people withorgan transplants are not allowed to be treated.
Anyone can come by and have a look. Ortake a lookat the website tosee if there is anything for you. Or simply ask questions. It's all possible.
JuliaIt's particularly worthwhile for people who have perhaps already tried a lot but are stuck somewhere.
Peggy: Yes. Exactly. I tend to have people like that. So, thesometimeshave already received diagnoses from many have receivedthen they come. Then we try tothrough through tomuddle through and find a way. Dt's incredibly funss. Really. I see miracles. And it's sensational. I love it. I love it.
Julia: You can tell, and I believe that when someone works with love, good things come out of it. Is there anything else at the end?that you would like to add or mention? Something that you would perhaps like to pass on to the listeners? Or simply something that we have forgotten to mention?
Peggy: We've actually already said it a couple of times, butjust say it just say it again:It's all in us. We have the power. We are connected to everyone, but we don't like to be alone and I think it's actually quite important that when someone is at home, alone, they look foreach othercontact each other, by phone, by Skype, talkabout it,what's going on with you.
Look: What makes you afraid?Face it yourselves. Look at at her, that she the the spectre. Und really believe in yourselves. Believe that you can reallycan do it. We will beat this, and that hassa reason and we willdeal with it. Something wonderful and new will emerge. Also Videos that touch you - watch the videos, where the peopleon the balcony make music. Man is simply greatsskind. We are greatgreatgreat, and we can do it.
Julia: Thank you very much, Peggy.
Peggy: From the bottom of my heart. Thank you for the invitation. It was incredibly funss made.

- Anxiety and stress and their role in the immune system
- What steps you can take to combat anxiety
- What the "Body Scan" exercise is
- How anxiety, stress and the gut are intertwined
- How you can support your immune system as well as your mental health
- Why it is still worth listening to the 10-day intestinal congress
- What isVitalfeldand how does Vitalfeld- data-contrast="auto">Therapy
Moments of helplessness
Follow your "inner wisdom" and go into silence
The body scan - your full body check
Exactly.
Why it's still worth attending the 10-day intestinal congress. listen
The function of vital field therapy
The importance of the magnesium bath
Which supplements are particularly helpful for strengthening the immune system?
Peggy's closing words
