Boosting the immune system with colostrum - is it even possible?
When we still had our nutrition and gut health coaching practice in Basel, colostrum was our "secret weapon", as we affectionately called it. Colostrum was particularly popular when it came to strengthening the immune system. So with people who caught a cold very quickly, customers with a sore throat (I told an anecdote about this in the podcast episode) or people with hay fever or leaky gut.
And because it is such a great remedy, I think it deserves its own podcast episode!
