Why it's better to get rid of your sweet tooth instead of using sweeteners
Sweeteners, such as those found in light or zero drinks, but also in sweets, chewing gum, protein shakes and light yoghurts, sound harmless and for many they even sound healthy.
Recently, I have been seeing in the supermarket and even hearing more and more often from parents that children are already drinking light and zero drinks, which I absolutely cannot understand and comprehend.
In this podcast episode, I share the following points on this topic
- Effects of sweeteners on hunger and insulin
- Why it's important to get away from sweet cravings
- What studies have found about the effect of sweeteners on the gut
- Why I recommend you avoid sweeteners in the future
- Why galactose could be a good alternative for you
- Where you can find more resources on how to get away from constant sweet cravings

I also recently recorded a great podcast episode with Michael Greiff on this topic
