1. CO₂ therapy & breathing - underestimated keys to regeneration
Many people rely on dietary supplements and healthy eating, which is wonderful. But if the body remains in stress mode, it can't absorb many things properly. In other words, to the state where regeneration is possible in the first place. In practice, I often see that when people relax regularly, it's not just their digestion that changes, but their whole body sensation. 2 AI & health: how you can make good use of ChatGPT
I'm often asked: Julia, how do you actually use ChatGPT? And can you really do something for your health with it? My answer: Yes, but with caution. AI is no substitute for experts. But it can be a wonderful sparring partner. Whether for recipe ideas, nutrition plans or for critically questioning health information. If you know how to ask your questions, you'll get really good ideas. The important thing is: Always remain critical, never upload personal health data and consult a specialist if in doubt.
3. detox - my honest conclusion after 21 days
I have now done the program several times, most recently for a photo shoot. 2.1 kg less on the scales, but much more ease in everyday life. Better sleep, clearer head and simply a good feeling in my body. What has helped me? A specific goal with a date. For me, it was the photo shoot that I had planned for myself and had booked a photographer for. For you, it could be an event, a run or simply the good feeling you want to get back.
