Are you healthy at all? (DG155)

If you are slim and fit, you are healthy. This is the general opinion.



In practice, I often come across the belief that healthy-looking people (e.g. slim, athletic) are healthy. However, this does not take into account the fact that many illnesses are not visible from the outside.

Whether someone is healthy or not is important for assessing their diet or for classifying problems that "suddenly" occur. Because: someone healthy doesn't suddenly drop dead.

And just because someone is slim and athletic doesn't mean that they wouldn't benefit from taking care of their gut health or diet.

That's why I made a podcast episode to clarify the following points:
