Find out where we come from and how we work
Time and again, we experience that people misjudge our size or don't understand processes, such as why we can't just bring a product with us under certain circumstances or why we don't necessarily go on vacation when we're in Mallorca. So today, let's take a look behind the scenes.Our team consists of four people:
- Roman - founder and managing director, responsible for field sales / product training, product development, administrative matters such as contact with authorities, building partnerships, HR, accounting, IT
- Julia - founder and marketing manager, responsible for website, newsletter, printed matter, podcast
- Milena - Nutritionist and intestinal expert, responsible for nutrition coaching, microbiome analysis, requests from therapists
- Antonia - customer service and administration
- Jamin - Warehouse / Purchasing
- Beat and team - Accounting
- Andreas and team - IT / Website
- Katrin - Podcast
- Steffi - Communication with/at Arktis BioPharma Germany
- Burkhard & Vilmos - everything to do with analytics and scientific background
- Mr. Fernandez - contact to the dispatch center
- Many other helpers for photos, printed matter, graphics, craftsmanship, premises, presentations, laboratory, transport, advertising, coaching, e-mail marketing, further training
Our sales mainly take place via our online store. There is one store for end customers and one for therapists. The orders are sent via the dispatch center, which is why we can't simply add something to the order or change it at a later date. However, thanks to the online store and dispatch center, orders can also be placed and delivered when we are abroad or on vacation and delivery is normally made the next working day.
We also offer further training courses and lectures at our premises in Einsiedeln, microbiome analysis and nutrition caoching, IHHT training.
If you book in advance, it is also possible to collect the goods from our premises.
If you are a therapist, you can also receive online or on-site training, also for your entire team. We also offer our products under our own label from small quantities. We are also always open to new product suggestions. We will be happy to discuss this with Arktis BioPharma Germany.
For pharmacies and drugstores, we also offer bulk products that can be filled in-house. Our range also includes products in jars / cans that can be supplemented with your own label.
