Who can take part in the training?

People from a health profession (doctor, dentist, pharmacist, alternative practitioner, physiotherapist, osteopath, chemist, nutritionist/coach etc.). Basic knowledge of anatomy is assumed, we cannot cover this in the course.

What topics are covered in the training?

Valuable insights into the influence of stress on the gut microbiome, methods for optimizing mitochondrial function in the body, practical tips for stress management & therapy support, breathing techniques as a proven means of relaxation and inner balance, breathing exercises for everyday life

Are products for intestinal health also presented?

This is definitely not intended to be a product sales event. Nevertheless, each lecturer will of course mention products with which he or she has had good experiences and you can of course also ask questions about products.

Can I also take part in the training online?

No. There are many practical parts and exercises in this training course, which are instructed and reviewed in person. In our opinion and also in our experience, the exchange between participants and also with the lecturers is essential for practical success later on. There is also a lot of discussion during the breaks and this enriches the training enormously.
