Sealed capsules (HPMC and/or gelatine) can be partially opened, but this should only be done if there is no other way of taking the capsules. This is not recommended for products containing sulphur-containing compounds, e.g. vitamins of the B group. These vitamins have an extremely intense odor and sometimes also taste (e.g. Arktis arctiamine). It is not possible to dissolve soft gelatine or soft gel capsules (e.g. Arktis omega 3) in water because of the oily ingredients. This also applies to many of the ingredients used in our preparations. Some of these are insoluble in water.

The products are best stored in their original packaging. The products should always be stored away from moisture, high room temperature, high humidity and sunlight, and if you transfer the products into a capsule box for convenience, please do not fill more than one week's supply. Better still: refill daily. Some products should be kept in the refrigerator after opening, such as Colostrum strong liquid or Herbal. Please also read the instructions on the label.

The small dots in the white powder are simply the vitamin D it contains. It is characteristic of our bacterial preparations. Depending on the batch, the color varies from yellow to red-brownish.

Vitamin D3 is obtained naturally from lanolin (wool wax), which is a by-product of sheep shearing. No harm is done to the animal and the raw material is therefore suitable for most vegetarians. 7-dihydrocholesterol is extracted from the natural source lanolin and converted into cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) with the help of ultraviolet light. The final product is purified and tested for impurities by independent, external laboratories. For Vita D3 liquid (contains 600 I.U. vitamin D3/drops), high-quality argan oil and a proportion of rapeseed oil (medium-chain triglycerides) are used as the carrier substance.

The L-glutamine comes from the fermentation of GMO-free corn starch. The product is therefore also suitable for plant-based diets.
