Rinse it with warm water after use. If necessary, soak briefly in lukewarm water with mild detergent or baking soda. Do not boil. (in the dishwasher up to 55 °C possible).
Choose a comfortable resistance level, hold it loosely between your lips and breathe out calmly. Breathe in through your nose. Use 1-2 times a day for about 15 minutes.
