What enthusiastic customers say about us

Frequently asked questions

Biting and swallowing are part of the exercise and take place after about 6 seconds of lip pressure or pulling while the tension is still present.

This applies to both the basic exercise and the pulling exercises.

In the correct procedure, swallowing is always preceded by a short bite.

If this sequence is consciously repeated on a regular basis, an automated rhythm of movement develops after a while.

Sequence: First push or pull the lip, then bite down, then swallow. Then relax briefly. During the resting phase, the lips remain closed and the pressure is only released for a few seconds.

The negative pressure is maintained throughout the entire exercise sequence. This is a desired training condition that should later be maintained without support.

The FaceFormer is offered in a one-size-fits-all size that is adapted to the anatomical proportions of most people.

There are two degrees of hardness: ZERO (softer) and ONE (firmer).

The choice depends on personal preference.

Children should only use the product after consulting a specialist.

The FaceFormer is made of medical-grade silicone elastomer.

With regular use, the material can wear out due to mechanical stress and regular stretching.

Regular replacement is also recommended for reasons of hygiene - similar to toothbrushes.

After about 6 months, a replacement is usually advisable, especially if used daily or at night.

The FaceFormer is used to train movement sequences in the face and mouth area.

The result is individual and depends on how regularly you practise.

Training should be continued in a relaxed manner in order to maintain learned sequences.

If you have any medical questions, please consult a specialist.
