Vitamin D3 plays a special role in the body - it contributes to numerous important functions and supports the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus.

Humans can basically produce vitamin D3 themselves, but need sufficient sunlight to do so. In the winter months, with heavy use of sunscreen or at an older age, the body's own production can be reduced. It can therefore be useful to ensure a targeted intake through diet or supplements.

Among other things, vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function and plays a role in the normal function of the immune system.

Take 1 drop every 4th day.
It is best taken with a meal with a little fat, as vitamin D is fat-soluble.
